AI-Augmented Software Developer (New Grad)

Build patient-facing telehealth, marketing sites, internal tools, and the AI systems that run the company — as a recent grad who codes with agents as a native skill.

Most companies say they’re “AI-first.” We’re actually building for it — from the patient experience down to the internal plumbing — and we want someone who learned to build this way from day one.

You just finished a program that taught you to develop with AI coding tools and agents as a core skill. That’s not a shortcut on your resume; it’s the thing we’re hiring for. You’ll ship real software that real patients and real teammates depend on, with a lot of ownership and very little bureaucracy.

What you’ll build

  • Our telehealth platform — the patient-facing product where people manage their care. Quality and trust matter most here.
  • Our marketing websites — the front door for new patients. Fast, clean, always shipping.
  • Internal tools — the dashboards and small apps that make clinicians and operators faster. High-leverage, deeply appreciated.
  • Our agentic infrastructure and automations — the agents and workflows that let a small team operate like a big one. This is where you invent, not just implement.

Our stack: TypeScript, Next.js, Sanity, AWS, Supabase/Postgres, and Vercel — plus heavy, everyday use of AI coding assistants and agent frameworks. You don’t need to know all of it. You need to be able to learn any of it, fast.

You might be a fit if

  • You’re a recent grad of a program (or self-directed path) that taught you AI-augmented development — building with agents as a genuine skill, not a copy-paste habit.
  • You have solid fundamentals: you understand the code the AI writes, can debug it when it’s wrong, and know when NOT to trust it.
  • You ship. You’d rather have something working in front of a person today than perfect in your head next week.
  • You have good judgment and sweat the details that matter (and let go of the ones that don’t).
  • You’re curious, self-directed, and communicate clearly in writing.
  • You care about doing right by the people on the other end of the software. This is healthcare.

You do NOT need years of experience, a CS degree, or famous logos on your resume. We’re looking for early-career builders with high agency.

Bonus points

  • Genuine interest in healthcare, telehealth, or longevity.
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks or your own automations.
  • Comfort in TypeScript specifically.
  • Projects you’ve actually shipped — side projects, freelance, hackathons, anything real with users.

How we work (what “AI-first” actually means here)

  • AI is in the loop, always — but you’re accountable for the output. Use agents to move faster, then review, test, and own what ships.
  • We automate our own work. If you do something tedious twice, the third time you build the agent that does it for you. That instinct is the job.
  • Small team, wide surface area, short feedback loops. Ship, learn, adjust.
  • Plain-spoken and kind. Direct feedback, low ego, no politics.

What we offer

  • A front-row seat at a healthcare company being built AI-first from the ground up.
  • Real ownership, mentorship, and room to grow into whatever you’re great at.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits — details shared in our first conversation.
