Rejuve Meds is a telehealth and longevity company building an AI-first operation from the ground up. We’re at the stage where the systems that will carry us through 10x growth are being decided right now — and we’re looking for the person who decides them.
This is a genuinely broad, high-ownership role. You’ll run all of operations, oversee marketing, and reach across into our sister company, Rejuve Clinics. You’ll own how customers experience us from the first click to their fifth refill. If you’ve been the operator who quietly holds a company together and wanted the mandate to actually build the machine — not just keep it running — this is that seat.
What you’ll own
- All of operations — the processes, tools, vendors, and handoffs that keep Rejuve Meds moving day to day.
- The full customer lifecycle — acquisition, onboarding, retention, and winback, plus the metrics behind each stage and the experience customers actually feel.
- Marketing oversight — steering the function, holding it to numbers, and keeping it tied tightly to operations and revenue.
- Cross-entity work at Rejuve Clinics — overseeing certain functions so the two entities operate cleanly together.
- Systems, processes, and people to scale — the workflows, automations, documentation, and eventually the team, so growth doesn’t break us. Where a process can be automated, you automate it.
You might be a fit if
- You’ve led operations before and owned outcomes, not just tasks — comfortable being accountable when the numbers move.
- You build systems and processes from scratch and turn messy, manual work into something repeatable and documented.
- You’ve owned some or all of a customer lifecycle and understand what drives acquisition, retention, and winback.
- You’re fluent in metrics — you instrument what matters, read the data honestly, and decide from it.
- You can build and lead a team as the work grows, and you’re just as happy doing the work yourself before there’s a team.
- Telehealth experience is a strong plus — if you’ve worked inside a telehealth or healthcare operation, tell us early.
- AI-tool fluency is a strong plus. We’re AI-first and mean it — especially if you automate real operational workflows with tools like n8n.
Bonus points
- Telehealth or healthcare operations experience.
- Hands-on with n8n or other workflow-automation tools.
- Marketing operations background.
- You’ve scaled a team or a company through a real growth phase before.
