We’re a growing medical spa in Sherman Oaks, and we’re looking for one person to own how we grow. This is the in-person sister clinic to Rejuve Meds, our telehealth and longevity brand — same plain-spoken, clinical, kind approach, but here it happens in a real room with real providers and real clients.
This is a ground-floor role. The clinic is small and ready to scale, and right now marketing and growth don’t have an owner. That’s you. You’ll build the content, run the paid, generate the leads, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our providers to turn interest into booked appointments and rebookings.
To be clear up front: this is an on-site role in Sherman Oaks, California. It is not remote — the whole point is being in the clinic with the team.
What you’ll do
- Own our marketing across organic and paid — from strategy down to the actual posts and the actual ad campaigns. You set the plan and you execute it.
- Create and oversee content — social, local SEO, before/afters, email, promotions. Some you’ll make yourself; some you’ll direct. Either way you own that it’s good and consistent.
- Generate leads and grow the clinic — build the funnel that gets local clients to find us, trust us, and book.
- Partner with our providers to drive revenue — promote services and packages, fill calendars, and turn first-time visits into loyal clients.
- Run day-to-day practice and marketing operations — the systems that connect marketing to the front desk to the treatment room.
- Use data to decide — watch the numbers, double down on what works, cut what doesn’t, and put the budget where it pays off.
You might be a fit if
- You’re a marketing generalist genuinely strong in BOTH organic and paid — not one or the other.
- You’re a hands-on content creator — you can write the caption, shoot the short-form video, build the email, and ship it.
- You understand local and medical-aesthetics or healthcare marketing — how people choose a medspa, and what you can and can’t say when the product is a medical service.
- You’re comfortable with metrics — CAC, ROAS, lead flow, rebooking rate — and you use them to make calls.
- You’re an organized operator who can also manage the practice, not just the marketing.
- You can be on-site in Sherman Oaks.
- Bonus: you’re comfortable using AI tools to produce content faster and do more with a small team.

- Experience marketing a medspa, aesthetics, or healthcare practice.
- Real hands-on chops with paid social and Google Ads.
- Content creation skills — especially video and short-form.
- Local SEO and reviews know-how (Google Business Profile, ratings, the local pack).
- You’ve grown a clinic or a local business before and can point to what moved.
