Design
Takes about 15 minutes. We read every application ourselves.
Step 1 of 6About you
We care how you think and what you ship, not how fast you answer. A few of these are read by a human, and your portfolio matters more than any single question here.
1. Walk us through one product or interface you designed end to end — from the problem you were handed to what actually shipped. What was the core user problem, what were the two or three hardest design decisions, what did you deliberately cut, and how did you know (data, testing, or judgment) that the final design was working? Link the work if you can.
2. You’re designing the patient intake flow for a telehealth service. Same clinical questions either way. Which structure are you most likely to start with, and why does it matter here specifically?
3. A stakeholder says “make the Book Now button bigger and red, it’ll convert better.” You disagree. Which are good ways to handle it? (Select all that apply.)

4. Rejuve Meds and Rejuve Clinics share a family but aren’t identical — one is a telehealth/longevity brand, one is a physical medspa. You’re the only designer, responsible for both. How do you keep them feeling like one family while letting each have its own personality? Be concrete about what you’d hold constant and what you’d let flex.
5. Which of these are true about designing for accessibility and it being non-negotiable in a healthcare product? (Select all that apply.)
6. Pick the statement that best reflects how you treat a brand system.
7. This role starts as a team of one — you do all the work — and grows into you recruiting and directing other designers as we scale, while staying hands-on. Tell us about a time you either (a) hired/onboarded a designer or (b) art-directed someone else’s work. How did you give feedback that improved the work without flattening their voice, and how did you keep quality consistent across more than one pair of hands?
8. You’re hands-on and shipping everything yourself, but the volume is climbing and quality is starting to slip. What’s the best first move?
9. We’re an AI-first company. How do you actually use AI tools in a design workflow — and where do you draw the line so it helps rather than hurts the work? Name specific tools or use cases if you can.
By applying you agree to let Rejuve store your details for this role.
