Creative Director / Lead Designer

Own design across Rejuve Meds and Rejuve Clinics — product, brand, and everything in between. Start hands-on doing all of it, then build and lead a design team as we scale.

Rejuve is building an AI-first telehealth and longevity company (Rejuve Meds) alongside a physical medspa (Rejuve Clinics). We’re looking for a top-tier, multidisciplinary designer to own how both feel and work — from the product screens patients touch to the brand that makes them trust us.

This is a rare seat. You’ll start as a team of one, doing the work yourself across product and brand. As we grow, you’ll recruit designers, art-direct their work, and grow into creative direction — while staying hands-on in the craft. If you want the mandate to shape an entire company’s design, not just execute someone else’s vision, this is that role.

What you’ll own

  • UI/UX for our digital products — the largest part of the role. Telehealth flows, patient dashboards, marketing sites, and internal tools, designed to be clear, calm, and genuinely usable.
  • Brand across two entities — keeping Rejuve Meds and Rejuve Clinics feeling like one family while each keeps its own personality.
  • The full range — everything from a landing page to a logo lockup to social and campaign assets to the details of a checkout flow. Multidisciplinary by design.
  • The design system — the components, tokens, and patterns that let us move fast and stay consistent as more hands join.
  • The design function as it grows — recruiting, onboarding, and directing designers, and setting the quality bar the whole team works to.

You might be a fit if

  • Your portfolio is genuinely top-tier — strong product/UX work AND real brand and visual craft. We’ll want to see both.
  • You’re multidisciplinary and comfortable moving between UI/UX, brand, and everything around them without dropping quality.
  • You’ve shipped real digital products, not just concepts — you understand flows, states, edge cases, and how design survives contact with engineering.
  • You can start as a one-person team and own the whole thing, then grow into leading others without losing your hands-on edge.
  • You have taste and judgment — you can defend a decision with the user and the goal in mind, not just aesthetics.
  • You think in systems, care about accessibility, and sweat the details.
  • Telehealth or healthcare design experience is a plus — if you have it, tell us early.

Bonus points

  • Experience designing for telehealth, healthcare, wellness, or regulated/clinical products.
  • You’ve built or heavily contributed to a design system.
  • You’ve hired, onboarded, or art-directed other designers.
  • Motion, illustration, or front-end/code literacy (you can speak to engineers in their language).
  • You already fold AI tools into your workflow with taste and good judgment.

How we work

  • AI-first, honestly — it’s how we operate, and we expect design to use it well without letting it flatten the craft.
  • Small team, high autonomy — few people, wide ownership, little bureaucracy.
  • Remote — work where you do your best work; we care about output and collaboration, not a chair.
  • Plain-spoken and kind — a clinical company with a human voice.

What we offer

  • A ground-floor mandate to define the design of a fast-growing healthcare company — product and brand, across two entities.
  • The path from hands-on designer to creative director, on real work with real stakes.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits — details shared in our first conversation.
